3. What types of stone and tile do you work with?
We work with natural stones (granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone), engineered quartz, porcelain slabs, and a variety of tile materials for floors, walls, and backsplashes.
4. How long does fabrication and installation take?
Typical lead time from template to installation is 7–14 business days, depending on project size, material availability, and custom work required.
5. Do you remove old countertops or tile before installation?
Yes, we can handle demolition and removal as part of your project for an additional service fee.
6. What’s included in your fabrication process?
Our process includes precise measurement, cutting, edge profiling, sink and cooktop cutouts, polishing, and sealing.
7. How do I prepare my space for installation?
Clear all items from cabinets and counters, ensure plumbing and electrical work is complete, and make sure there’s a clear path for installers to bring materials into your home.
8. Do you seal the stone after installation?
Yes, all natural stone countertops are sealed upon installation to protect against staining. We’ll also give you guidance on when and how to reseal.
